Your Charlet will be completely ready for you from 3 p.m. The beds are made up, towels, tea towels and toilet paper are on site.

Our arrival times are from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If this time window is not possible for you, we ask that you contact us by phone or leave a message on your Almdorf smartphone.

We are a family-run holiday home complex, so there is no 24-hour reception service. In order to provide you with the best possible service, it is important to us to be in contact with you via the Almdorf smartphone.
Arrival after 18:00 p.m.
Please contact us early by phone, email or WhatsApp/SMS to collect the keys. You can put your luggage in the mini garage. The following day we will be happy to offer you our service to transport your luggage to the chalets.
Hint: Pack a small suitcase for the first night.
Arrival before 15:00 p.m.
If necessary, your Chalets is already ready for occupancy. Please contact us here by phone or by sending a message on your Almdorf smartphone. You can also pass the time at the inn. !!!Closed on Wednesdays!!!
