Good to know

A chalet can be booked in the high season for a minimum stay of 6 nights.

In the low season we rent the chalets for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Now also bookable online.

Due to the adjacent agriculture, pets cannot be taken.

Are you two people? But there is no small chalet available anymore? Feel free to write to us. Since we can close off a bedroom, we also rent out a large chalet for the price of a small chalet for two people.

We are the Aschauer family

Our motto: “If everyone does their part, you can do anything” We live on a farm in Schönau am Königssee and, in addition to running a carpentry business, we also run organic farming on our own farm and provide guest accommodation. Out of love for our homeland, we also put our free time into farming at our mountain inn. There are many beautiful places to discover in Berchtesgaden and a very special one is now being created for you: ‘The Almdorf Vorderbrand’
